Cancellation/ No-show Policy/ Arriving Late
We understand that unexpected happens. In order to be fair to all of our clients and considerate to our therapists’ time, we require a 24 hour advance cancellation notice. If cancellation is not made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. Please note that this cancellation fee cannot be reimbursed by your health insurance provider.
IMPORTANT! Cancelling Monday Appointments: In the case of Monday appointments, cancellations have to be made by noon on Friday preceding the Monday appointment.
Cancelling appointment can be done by notifying our front desk via phone (Boston office: (617) 654 - 8960) or by emailing us through our website.
Arriving Late for an Appointment:
Appointment times have been reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive late, you will be responsible for the full bill and your session may be shortened in order to accommodate patients whose appointments directly follow your session.
